Understanding a suspension's makeup is the first step in assuring that it plays an effective role in lapping and polishing. GE Micron Products has steadily seen success in what we introduced as a first on the world market called "Liquid Diamond Powder." This LDP has now evolved into many types of formulations known as Suspensions. What are Microscopic Diamond Suspensions? First and foremost, it is a solution containing liquid diamond powder in a stabilized and non-sedimenting form.

Diamond Suspensions - Diamond powder in stabilized and non-sedimenting vehicles. - Lapping and polishing applications. - Available in Mono, Resin, Poly or Natural Diamond. - Available in trigger and pump spray bottles. - Four general types of suspensions:

Series-1000 Straight oil with petroleum base and additives. Available in many viscosities. Series-2000 Straight water, for use where exceptional cleaning is required and where petroleum contamination is prohibited. Series-3000 Water/oil suspensions, compliments the use of oil as well as water for achieving more productive results. Series-4000 Emulsifiable Water/Oil suspensions. For use on metals, ferrites, ceramics, and sintered parts.
