Partners In A World Of Precision

History

For decades, the names GE Superabrasives and Kay Industrial Diamond have been synonymous with superior quality products. A new company, GE Micron Products, Inc. has been created to take advantage of GE's long established technical leadership in diamond manufacturing and Kay's unique technology for micronizing diamond. Today, as the world's largest micronizer, GE Micron Products serves a global market with consistent high crystal purity through state-of-the-art processing technology. At GE Micron products, quality is critical. For this reason, we have developed a very successful ISO 9002 Registered Quality Management System, and are also subject to GE's vigorous Six Sigma initiative.

Equally important is the commitment to build partnerships with customers based on quality and service. As a Systems Solutions Provider, GE Micron Products can provide products and applications to fit specific requirements. From customizing product mixtures to 24-hour delivery anywhere in the world, GE offers the reliability and flexibility for today's sophisticated product systems.

Ultimately, what makes this high level of service and product consistency possible is a new Tech Center - the epicenter of GE's "World of Precision." Complete with advanced micronizing technology, the Tech Center puts GE Micron Products in a class by itself for technical excellence and quality assurance. With this expanded resource as well as new and improved proprietary processing technologies, GE continues to achieve superior levels of consistency and quality products.
